Polaris Software to buy US firm

New Delhi, Sept 30 (UNI) Software services firm Polaris Software Lab Ltd today said it has signed an agreement to acquire US-based technology firm SEEC Inc in an all-cash deal.

The US company provides software for companies in the banking, financial services and insurance sectors, Polaris said in a statement.

However, it did not divulge any financial details.
