Ms H A Daruwalla appointed as Deputy Chairperson of IBA

Mumbai, Sep 29 (UNI) Ms Homai A Daruwalla, Chairperson and Managing Director of Central Bank of India (CBI), has been appointed as Deputy Chairperson of Indian Banks' Association (IBA) with effect from October one.

A chartered accountant, Ms Daruwalla took charge as Chairperson and Managing Director of Central Bank of India on June 30, 2005.

Earlier, she was Executive Director at Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC) between August 2004 and June 2005.
