Shivraj Patil condemns Mehrauli blast in Delhi
New Delhi, Sept 27 : Union Home Minister Shivraj Patil has condemned today's blast in Mehrauli in Delhi, in which one child was killed and over 15 were injured.
He conveyed his condolences to the family of child, killed in today's blast and he prayed for speedy recovery of the injured.
The Minister also directed the hospital authorities to provide all facilities to the injured.
He said the Government has taken a series of measures recently to beef up security in Delhi. Whatever more is required to be done will be done expeditiously.
Patil also appealed to the people of Delhi to remain calm.
