PM expresses grief and shock over Delhi blast

New York, Sep 27 (UNI) Prime Minister Manmohan Singh today expressed deep grief and shock at the blast which shook the Mehrauli flower market.

Dr Singh, who is leaving for France today after a five-day visit to the US, said he was deeply shocked at the tragedy.

The explosion occurred in the crowded flower market this afternoon in which a 13-year-old boy died and 18 others were injured.

The blast comes exactly two weeks after serial blasts tore through the national capital, killing 24 people and injuring more than 100.
