Lok Satta to unveil policies on Oct 2

Hyderabad, Sep 25 (UNI) Lok Satta will unveil its policies at Vijayawada on October 2 on the occasion of its second anniversary, Party General Secretary D V V S Varma said today.

In a statement here he said large number of party members, activists and admirers were expected to attend the meeting. The public meeting would be preceded by a rally. An exhibition would also be organised at the meeting venue.

He said the party would explain how district governments and "Gram Swaraj" will be a boon to people, how its policies in the fields of health, education and employment will make people self-reliant instead of being merely recipients of government sops.

The party's Working Committee, would discuss the current political situation in the state and decide on its future course of action regarding the assembly elections.
