Dubai-Ahmedabad Air India Express to begin from Oct 8
Dubai, Sep 25 (UNI) Air India Express will fly to Ahmedabad, its 11th destination from Dubai, from October 8.
The maiden flight to Ahmedabad will be a thrice-a-week operation on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The flight will go onward to Nagpur and Mumbai on all these three days.
The outbound flight from Dubai to Ahmedabad/Nagpur will depart Dubai International Airport ( TERMINAL-2) at 1325 hrs and arrive Ahmedabad at 1730 hrs. The same flight will depart Ahmedabad at 1820 hrs and arrive Nagpur at 2035 hrs the next day.
The incoming flight from Nagpur/Ahmedabad to Dubai will depart Nagpur at 0745 hrs to arrive Ahmedabad at 1005 Hrs. Flight will depart Ahmedabad at 1055 hrs and arrive Dubai International Airport (Terminal-2) at 1225 hrs.
With the above additional capacity, Air India Express will have 83 frequencies a week from Dubai&Sharjah to 11 Indian Destinations, which goes to prove the popularity and acceptance of Air India Express amongst the Indian Community in Dubai&Northern Emirates, a release from the company said.
