Jason Donovan, Kylie Minogue's first sex was in a budget hotel

Washington, Sept 24 : Australian actor Jason Donovan has revealed that he and singer Kylie Minogue had their first intimate encounter in a budget hotel.

The pair dated in 1980s after meeting on the set of Australian soap opera Neighbours.

The 40-year-old actor revealed that they first had sex in cost-effective Travelodge hotel in Sydney.

"It was practical and had a bed and a telly," Contactmusic quoted Donovan, as saying.

Donovan also revealed how his relationship with the pop princess ended.

He said she dumped him over the phone when she started seeing INXS frontman Michael Hutchence.
