War like stores, deadly RDX recovered in Kashmir

Srinagar, Sep 22: A hideout was unearthed and war like stores, including deadly RDX, grenades, bombs and UBGLs were recovered in north Kashmir, official sources said.

They said Special Opertion Group (SOG) of Jammu Kashmir police and 55 Rashtriya Rifles (RR) launched a joint operation in the woods at Rainnar Authowato in Bandipora district following a tip off about the hideout.

After a long search in the woods, troops finally busted a hideout and recovered war like stores, including one Pica Gun, four AK 47 rifles, six magazines, 400 AK rounds, one UBGL, 25 UBGL grenades, eight hand grenades, six RPG rockets, six RPG boosters, one 6mm bomb, four AK 47 Schilling, two RDX pockets, one Diota phone, five kilograms RDX, 92 electronic detonators, ten mtr safety wire and one pencil charger.
