Rs 70.94 cr approved for 10 small irrigation projects
Raipur, Sep 22 (UNI) The Chhattisgarh Government has sanctioned Rs 70.94 crore for ten small irrigation schemes, official sources said here today.
The project include two schemes in Sarguja, Mahasamund and Durg districts each and one scheme in Dhamtari, Bilaspur, Raipur and Rajnandgaon districts each.
An approval of Rs 47.63 lakh for the construction of Rajadera irrigation reservoir in Dhamtari district has been granted. The completion of the scheme would provide irrigation to farmers in an area of 1,700 hectare.
