Man kills fiancee, sister, hangs self

New Delhi, Sep 22 (UNI) In yet another love story gone awry a 24-year-old youth killed his fiancee in Bindapur area of West Delhi this afternoon following an argument over getting married early.

Police said Yashpal, who knew Deepa (18) for some time and later got enagaged to her, today went to meet her at her Bindapur residence and asked her to get married soon, which was opposed by her married sister Gita (26).

The accused tried to reason out but after he failed to convince them he tried to persuade Deepa once again. After her sister intervened an argument ensued following which, Yashpal stabbed both of them to death.

He later hanged himself from a ceiling fan in the same room, police added.

No suicide note has been found and investigations are continuing, police added.

A resident of Ballabhgarh in Haryana, Yashpal was an electrician.
