Ekta's 'Kahaani Hamaaray..' to be aired in UK from tomorrow

New Delhi, Sep 21 (UNI) Three months after its launch in India, 'Kahaani Hamaaray Mahaabhaarat Ki', Ekta Kapoor's version of the legendary epic, will be aired in the United Kingdom starting tomorrow 'Kahaani Hamaaray Mahaabhaarat Ki' will be aired every Monday to Thursday at 2200 hrs on 9X, which is available in the UK on the BSkyB platform on EPG Slot Number 828, Ekta Kapoor, Creative Director of Balaji Telefilms, the producer of the series for 9X told reporters here.

In the capital to unveil plans for the epic series, Ekta Kapoor said the show ever since its launch a few months ago, has been creating waves in India as well as abroad which is why they were launching it in the United Kingdom tomorrow.

''Kahaani Hamaaray Mahaabhaarat Ki' has been made for a wider audience not just for Indians living in India but all over the world, and I am delighted that 9X is taking this great epic story to TV lovers in the UK. The show features the biggest television stars in the greatest drama ever, and has been produced with the best of technique and grandeur that Television as a medium allows today. I am sure that not just Indians but others too in the UK will like it,'' she said.

Significantly, Tamil Nadu's prominent general entertainment channel, Raj TV has included the Tamil dubbed version of 'Kahaani Hamaaray Mahaabhaarat Ki' as part of its prime time programming to strengthen the channel relaunch. The Tamil version, titled 'Mahabharatham', began airing on Raj TV earlier this week, starting September 15, during prime time 1900-1930 hrs on weekdays.
