NSCN(K) cadre surrenders
Itanagar, Sep 19 (UNI) A NSCN(K) cadre has surrendered before the administration in Changlang district yesterday.
According to official sources one Tangchan Taikam, a native of Londgi village in the district who had joined NSCN(K) during April 2001, surrendered before the Additional Deputy commissioner and other senior officials.
Taikam had been taken into custody for interrogation, sources added.
