Hormusji N Cama is new INS President

New Delhi, Sep 19 (UNI) Mr Hormusji N Cama of the Bombay Samachar Weekly was today elected President of the Indian Newspaper Society (INS) for 2008-09 at its 69th annual general meeting held in Bangalore.

He succeeds Mr Bahubali S Shah of Gujarat Samachar.

Mr Paresh Nath (Woman's Era) is the new Deputy President, Mr T Venkattram Reddy (Deccan Chronicle) will take over as Vice President and Mr Rakesh Sharma (Hindustan Times, Patna) is the honorary treasurer, an INS release here said.

Mr V Shanakaran is the new secretary of the society.
