Gadkari alleges corruption of Rs 150 crore in Vidarbha package
Mumbai, Sep 18 (UNI) Maharashtra BJP president Nitin Gadkari today alleged corruption of Rs 150 crore in the distribution of agricultural machineries to farmers under the Vidarbha package.
Talking to reporters here, Mr Gadkari said the equipment were purchased at a very high price than the actual price, citing that a pump of Rs 300 was purchased at Rs 1500.
Without blaming anyone, Mr Gadkari said this had taken place due to collaboration between the bureaucrats and politicians.
