Cranes Software issues shares at Rs 125
New Delhi, Sep 17: Cranes Software International Ltd, a software services firm, on Wednesday, Sep 17 said it will issue shares to sellers of Cubeware GmbH at Rs 125 each.
Earlier in the month, the company had announced the acquisition of Cubeware for 18 million euros, with 12 million euros being paid in cash and the remaining six million euros through shares issued to the the German firm's sellers. Cranes Software is issuing about 3.1 million shares to Cubeware's sellers.
