Consumer Forum orders New India Assurance Co to pay compensation
Davanagere, Sep 17 (UNI) Davanagere District Consumer and Redressel Forum today passed an order asking New Indian Assurance company to pay a compensation of Rs 65,000 to its policy holder whose vehicle was damaged in a accident.
Mr Jambulingappa, after failing to get compensation from the Company five months back, had approached the Forum for justice, according to a press release here.
