Banks should display information on websites: RBI
New Delhi, September 15th 2008 : After advising banks to display information regarding interest rates and service charges on the notice board inside all their branches, the central bank has now asked them to do the same thing on their website.
RBI has also issued a format in which the bank should display the information relating to interest rate and service charges on their websites.
