Madhya Pradesh: Church set afire in Indore

Indore, Sep 14: A fire broke out in a Church at Chhavni area in Indore last night but was controlled immediately by fire brigade, police said today.

The door of the church and some portion was destroyed during the fire. The cause behind the fire was not yet known.

Meanwhile, a section of Christians had lodged a complaint against another section. Police were investigating the matter. No arrests had been made despite 12 hours after the incident.

Recently, a fire had broken out in a Church in Ratlam destroying a major portion of it. A guard who stayed the Church campus was arrested by police in this connection. He had committed the act as he was angry with the Church management.
