2 Pak infiltrators killed in North Kashmir

Srinagar, Sep 13 (UNI) Two infiltrators were killed by security forces near the Line of Control (loC) in the frontier district of Kupwara, official sources said today.

Troops guarding the border noticed a group of militants sneaking into this side from Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK), they said.

An encounter ensued after militants opened fire when they were asked to surrender near Shamaswari Eagal Post Karnah.

In return fire, two infiltrators were killed.
