IT student hangs self in Kanpur

Lucknow, Sep 10 (UNI) An engineering student today hanged him self at his hostel room in Kanpur district of Uttar Pradesh.

Saurabh Mishra, IT Ist year student at HBTI, Kanpur ended his life by hanging himself from the ceiling fan in his hostel room, police said.

However, the reason behind the extreme step was not known.

Saurabh, son of Brijesh Mishra belonged to Lucknow.

The body has been sent for post-mortem.
