Despite Singur, India still attractive investment destination:Mittal
New Delhi, Sept 10 (UNI) ArcelorMittal CEO Lakshmi N Mittal today said the unsavoury Singur episode will not have any bearing on the investment plans of his company in India and in no way it makes the country a less attractive business proposition.
''A single standoff like Singur does not make India a less attractive investment destination...this cannot be an example for the world,'' Mr Mittal said here.
''The Singur crisis does not take away India as an investment destination. We are not going to revisit our plans because of Singur...One can face this kind of problem in any other country,'' he said.
