Notorious criminal surrenders

Bagaha, Sep 9(UNI) A dreaded criminal, wanted for long in connection with several cases including murder and extortion, surrendered here today.

Superintendent of Police K.S. Anupam said one Brajesh Pandey, a notorious criminal of the district, surrendered before the police with a country-made rifle and five live cartridges.

''There were more than fifteen cases of kidnappinig for ransom, murder, dacoity were lodged against him under different police stations,'' he said.
