Pay point to st up terminals in Chhattisgarh

Raipur, Sep 6 (UNI) Pay Point India, which provides facility of payment collection without any charge, is set to commence its services in Chhattisgarh after Maharashtra.

''The company aims to set up terminals at the State's prominent places like medical stores, petrol pumps, general stores, betel leaf shops and public telephone booths to provide ease for the people in paying their bills,'' Pay Point India Directors Ketan Doshi and Vinit Sawant said in a press conference here today.

The duo said electricity bill, cellular phone bills of different companies and other government bills would be submitted at these terminals, besides provinding mobile phones recharge coupons and cinema halls' tickets.

The service terminals would be trustworthy and free.

Company's Chhattisgarh Distributor Santosh Mishra said initially 2,000 terminals would be installed and they can be provided by the company.

''Besides 300 terminals in Raipur, 200 in Bhilai, Bilaspur, Ambikapur and Durg, 100 in Rajnandgaon, Raigarh and Jagdalpur will be set up,'' Mr Mishra added.
