Man ends life after killing wife in UP

Kanpur, Sep 6: A man shot himself dead after killing wife in Kalyanpur police circle here today.

Jitendra (32), resident of Damanpurwa village had a heated exchange of words with his wife over some issue this morning.

The argument soared further and in a fit of rage Jitendra fired upon his wife Rani devi with his father's licenced gun Later, he committed suicide with the same weapon, police said.

The duo were married seven year ago and had four children.

The police have seized the gun and the bodies were sent for post mortem.
