Legislature panel on SC welfare to visit E Godavari district

Kakinada, Sep 6 (UNI) The state assembly Committee on Scheduled Castes Welfare will tour East Godavari district for two days from September 12 to review implementation of welfare programmes for STs.

According to tour programme received here today, the committee, will reach Rajahmundry by Godavari Express from Hyderabad on September 12 early morning. The members would proceed to Rampachodavaram and carryout the review.

The committee would make a night halt at Kakinada, to review the implementation of rule of reservation for the STs at the district officials meeting to be held at Zilla Parishad hall the next day. It would leave for Hyderabad the same night by Gouthami Express.
