EC emposes model code of conduct for MCs, Nagar Panchayat elections
Chandigarh, Sep 6 (UNI) State Election Commission (SEC), Punjab today imposed model code of conduct to ensure free, fair and peaceful elections to four Municipal Councils (MC) and one Nagar Panchayat (NP) to be held on September 14.
The Election Commission has issued the code of conduct in four MCs namely Moga, Kharar, Muktsar, Sujanpur and Nagar Panchayat in Badhni Kalan.
