Gold, silver opens low on thin demand
Mumbai, Sep 4 (UNI) Value of standard mint gold and silver today eased by Rs ten at Rs 11,715 per ten gm and Rs 345 at Rs 20,660 per kg respectively, from their last finish, on sluggish demand from local stockists in view of weak advices from global markets, traders at the Bombay Bullion Association said.
Following were the opening domestic spot rates: Silver (per kg) 999 fineness grade: Rs 20,660 Gold (per 10 gm): 99.5 purity standard mint: Rs 11,715 99.9 purity pure gold: Rs 11,775 UNI AR RN VKG1345
