Sonia will decide CM after victory in MP polls: Kamalnath
Betul, Sep 2 (UNI) Scotching up all speculations about the Congress' chief minister nominee in Madhya Pradesh Assembly polls, Union Industry and Commerce Minister Kamalnath today said that party President Sonia Gandhi would decide after Assembly polls.
''Congress portrayed no leader as chief minister so far and at present the sole target of all leaders and party workers is to achieve victory in the hustings,'' Mr Kamalnath told mediapersons.
He said that in view of elections there was a possibility to present the panel of party candidates on September 5 in the Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee's meeting in state capital .
Responding to the query about coalition with Samajwadi Party, the minister said that discussion was in progress in this regard and an outcome could be seen soon.
''Ticket will be given to the candidates with higher possibility of winning,'' said MPCC President Suresh Pachouri from the same platform.
