Chinese grenades, IED recovered in Doda
Jammu, Sep 2 (UNI) Security forces recovered two Chinese grenades and Improvised Explosive Device (IED) in Gandoh area of Doda district in Jammu and Kashmir, official sources here today said.
''Based on a tip off, Special Operation Group (SOG) along with army launched a search operation in Souranga Dugnanda area in tehsil Gandoh and recovered two HE-36 Chinese grenades, an IED, walkie-talkie sets and utensils from militants' hideout,'' official sources told UNI.
The sources, however, added that security forces cordoned off the area and launched combing operation but no arrests have been made so far.
