Three doe after drinking contaminated water in K'taka

Bangalore, Sept 1 (UNI) Three persons, including two women, were killed and four others fell ill after drinking contaminated water at Kallambella village in Tumkur District, about 120 km from here today.

Police said had consumed contaminated bore well water supplied through pipes at their homes.

One Satyanarayana Rao had died during early hours today, while Sannarangamma and Obalamma died in a hospital this afternoon.

The four person who took ill had been admitted to Government hospital in Tumkur. Revenue and police officials had visited the village.
