Petition against Kerala Govt on strike
Kochi, Sep 1: The Kerala High Court today admitted a petition filed by former minister and Congress Leader M M Hassan to declare that the State Government had failed to provide protection to people during the national strike called by trade unions of Left parties on August 20.
Division Bench comprising Chief Justice H L Dattu and Justice A K Basheer had issued notices to the respondents, including the government and Director General of Police in this connection.
