AIADMK holds demo on bus fare hike

Puducherry,Sep 1: The All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) on Monday, Sep 1 held a demonstration in front of the new bus stand here to protest the fare hike by private bus operators.

A large number of party cadre and legislators A Anbazhagan,Om Sakthi Segar and Omalingam participated.

Former AIADMK Tamil Nadu Minister Nainar Nagendran, who attended the agitation as a representative of the Party High Command, said Tamil Nadu and Puducherry would go to polls along with Parliamentary elections.

'There would be a change of alliance for elections and Ms Jayalalithaa would decide the Puducherry Chief Minister,' he said.
