Haryana announces Rs 5 crore for Bihar flood relief
Chandigarh, Aug 31 (UNI) Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda today announced of Rs five crore for the flood affected people of Bihar.
While announcing this here, Mr Hooda said the people of Bihar had suffered a heavy loss of life and property caused by the unprecedented and devastating floods. The people of Haryana were with the government and flood affected people of Bihar in this hour of adversity and tragedy.
The Chief Minister said food and fodder was also being sent to the flood affected areas of Bihar by the people of Haryana.
One rake of fodder from Karnal was likely to be dispatched by tomorrow.
