India to sign MoU with Norway for cooperation on fisheries
New Delhi, Aug 29 (UNI) India and Norway will soon sign an agreement on bilateral cooperation in the field of fisheries between the two countries.
A meeting of the Union Cabinet, chaired by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, today gave its approval for signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Norway.
Science and Technology Minister Kapil Sibal told mediapersons that the MoU would promote mutual cooperation and facilitate contact between India and Norway on any matter related to the fisheries sector.
