Bail petition of Shahabuddin rejected
Siwan, Aug 29 (UNI) A local court today rejected the bail petition of incarcerated RJD MP Mohammed Shahabuddin in connection with his alleged threat to jailer during the raid carried out recently.
Additional district and sessions judge Gyaneshwar Shrivastav rejected the bail petition of Md Shahabuddin after hearing the arguments of both petitioner and prosecution.
According to the charges, Md Shahabuddin had threatened jailer Ramadhar Singh during the raid carried out by the district administration recently.
Several cell phones were recovered from the jail during the raid.
