11 get life term for murder of seventeen years ago

Muzaffarpur, Aug 29: A fast track court handed down life term to eleven persons convicted a murder case seventeen years ago. The designated judge of the fast track court(III), Shailendra Kumar Singh, on Thursday, Aug 28 found eleven accused guilty of killing a person and pronounced the jail term to them under various sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The convicts had killed one Sipahi Roy, a resident of Badaiaah village under Gaihat police station of the district, on March 12, 1990 following an old enmity.
