Three get life term in kidnapping cum murder case
Begusarai, Aug 28 (UNI) A local fast track court awarded life imprisonment to three people in a kidnapping cum murder case yesterday.
Fast Track court judge Ravi Prakash Dhar found all the three accused guilty of kidnapping and murder of a local trader, under various sections of Indian Penal Code.
According to charges, the accused had kidnapped the victim for ransom in May, 2004.
When the family failed to pay Rs ten lakh demanded by the kidnappers, they killed the trader.
