Sanskritic Schools to make education hi-tech in Haryana
Chandigarh, Aug 28 (UNI) In order to make the education hi-tech, 11 Sanskritic Model Schools are being set up in Sirsa district whereas the work of setting up the Satellite Interactive Terminal(SIT) in 8 schools is under progress.
An official spokesman said here today that the students of the district could get answers of their queries through satellite and could get education in all streams in these schools adding that the state government was committed to provide technical and job- oriented education to the students.
Besides providing computer education, all facilities for physical and intellectual development would also be provided to the students.
Out of total 70 Government Senior Secondary Schools of the district, 60 schools had been connected with Direct to Home (DTH) service and remaining would be connected soon with this service, he said.
