Rangasamy would extend cooperation to Cong
Puducherry, Aug 28: N Rangasamy, who resigned from the post of the Chief Minister on Thursday, Aug 28 said that he would extend his utmost cooperation to the Congress party. Talking to newspersons here, Mr Rangasamy called upon the Congress workers to strive hard for the development of the party and also exhorted the public to remain calm.
He thanked all those, who cooperated with him during his tenure as the Chief Minister, especially to the Congress President Sonia Gandhi, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and leaders of the alliance parties.
Mr Rangasamy also pointed out that he had introduced several welfare schemes for the people during his tenure.
