TDP receives another jolt in East Godavari district

Kakinada, Aug 24 (UNI) The TDP in East Godavari district has received another jolt with three more leaders, Dr Bonda Suryarao, Secretary, District Doctors' Cell, Pemmadi Baburao, Organising Secretary, District BC Cell, and Beera Malaiah, Secretary, State SC Cell, quitting the party yesterday.

They have announced their decision to join the new party launched by actor Chiranjivi by attending the Tirupati conference on August 26.

Meanwhile, the district TDP unit met yesterday evening and decided to strengthen the party by taking up agitational approach to various problems faced by the people. TDP Polit Bureau Member Yanamala Ramkruishnudu was the Chief Guest in the meeting.

The meeting also called upon the party workers not to bother about those leaving the party but strive for regaining the past glory by participating in agitational programmes.

The meeting was chaired by Nimmakayala Chinarajappa, Party District unit President.
