Himachal receives light to moderate rainfall

Shimla, Aug 24 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh received light to moderate rainfall in last 24 hours, the Met office said here today.

Dharamshala received maximum 12.2 mm rainfall followed by Bhunter 4.0 mm and Shimla 2.8 mm.

The minimum and maximum temperature in Shimla 15.4 and 24.5 was recorded at Degrees Celsius, Sundernagar 20.3 and 32.5, Bhuntar 17.1 and 31.0, Kalpa 8.4 and 22.3, Dharamshala 17.3 and 24.4, Solan 18.7 and 28.8, Mandi 21.4 and 33.1 and Una 19.8 and 34.2 Degrees Clsius.

The Met office forcast rain and thundershowers in few places of the state for next 24 hours.
