11 work inspectors in SSA removed in AP

Kakinada, Aug 24 (UNI) In a bid to overhaul the administration of the Sarva Siksha Abhiyan (SSA), East Godavari District Collector Gopalakrishna Dwivedi has ordered removal of 11 work inspectors with effect from August 31 and also decided to dispense with the ''work inspectors' system'' in the scheme.

He also ordered transfer of two Deputy Executive Engineers and six Assistant Engineers on charges of delinquency.

Assistant Project-Coordinator in-charge of the scheme G C Kishore Kumar told newspersons here last night that disciplinary action would be initiated against those who failed to attend duties while on deputation with the SSA.
