One killed, two injured in road accidents
Tezpur, Aug 22 (UNI) One person was killed and two injured in seperate road accidents in Assam's Sonitpur district today.
In the first accident, two motor-cycle-borne persons were injured when their motorbike hit a school bus near Tezpur town.
One of the riders died on way to Guwahati, while the other sustained serious injuries.
In the other accident, a passenger bus and truck collided head-on at Alisinga under Dhekiajuli police station.
The driver of the bus sustained injuries and was admitted to the Kanaklata Civil Hospital here.
