Man arrested for holding fake passport
Tiruchirapalli, Aug 21: Airport Police arrested a 36-year-old man for attempting to fly to Dubai with a fake passport at the International Airport here on Thursday, Aug 21.
Police said the passenger U Vasu, hailing from Nochikulam village in Perambalur District of Tamil Nadu, was nabbed by the Immigration authorities, when they found that his travel documents was fake.
Later, Mr Vasu was handed over to the local police, who arrested and remanded him to judicial custody.
