Five get life imprisonment in murder case
Darbhanga, Aug 21 (UNI) A fast track court has awarded rigorous life imprisonment to five people in a murder case.
The court also slapped fine of Rs 10,000 against each of the convicts yesterday.
Fast track court number five of Devendra Prasad Singh found all the accused guilty under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
According to charges, the accused had killed one Damodar Yadav in Baghnochi village under Baheri police station of Darbhanga district on September 22, 1992.
