Body recovered in Kashmir forests

Srinagar, Aug 21: A body of a 50-year-old man was recovered from woods in the frontier district of Kupwara, official sources said today.

They said a group of villagers noticed a body in the Tara Panchan Ji forest and informed the police. Police leter took away the body.

The deceased was identified as Lal Din Khatana, a resident of Tariyan Sharanth.

The cause of his death was not known yet. The police had registered a case and investigation were o, they added.
