TN minister awards 2 lakhs for Diesel Shed
Tiruchirapalli, Aug 19: Minister of State for Railways R Velu visited the Divisions' Diesel Shed at Golden Rock on Monday, Aug 18.
The Minister saw the sophisticated Simulator used for training Loco pilots in the Diesel Shed Training centre.
After visiting the area where the maintenance of both broad gauge and meter gauge diesel locomotives, he was impressed about the maintenance and cleanliness and announced an award of Rs two lakh to the employees of diesel shed.
