Post summer holiday blues make 50 pc workers consider quitting jobs
London, Aug 18 : Around 50 percent of all Brit workers consider quitting their jobs immediately after their summer holiday, according to a new poll.
The survey for home rentals site DirectHoliday-Bookings.co.uk showed that a total of 46 per cent of those returning to work get such post-holiday blues that they consider finding a new job.
However, the poll also showed that once they had settled back, 87 per cent said their break left them feeling refreshed.
"Holidays are a vital to recharge the batteries and reflect on your life," the Sun quoted the website boss Andrew Gibson, as saying.
The findings of the survey were supported by recruitment experts.
One said: "We receive more CVs in September than any other month."
