Maytas appoints Pavan Kumar President of Franchised Properties

Hyderabad, Aug 18 (UNI) Maytas Properties Limited, a leading property development company, appointed Pavan Kumar Manjuluri as President of Franchised Properties.

At Maytas, the Franchised Properties SBU spans Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, Entertainment and allied segments where the company was engaged in developing a number of projects in association with leading players in the respective industry spaces for front-ending the operations, according to a press release here today.

In the past, Mr Kumar was associated with leading Indian and multinational organizations, playing business and leadership roles for over two decades. A Management Graduate from McGill, Mr Kumar most recently was Country Manager for Rohm and Haas.
