Radcliffe's nude Broadway scenes delay sixth Harry Potter flick's release

Washington, Aug 16 : The release of 'Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince' has reportedly been delayed due to its star Daniel Radcliffe appearing naked on the Broadway play, 'Equus'.

The sixth Harry Potter flick has been moved from November 21 this year to July 17 next year, and the reason given by Warner Bros. was that "a spot opened on the summer schedule."

However, reports now suggest that the film's release has been delayed because of Radcliffe's naked appearance in the play.

Movie bosses at Warner Bros. do not want such an image to be associated with bespectacled Harry, who remains chaste and virginal, reports Fox News.

Warner Bros. hopes that by the time 'Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince' debuts, "Equus" will either have concluded its run or Radcliffe will have completed his contract.
